After you installed the file go to menu,themes and choose this theme.

ATTENTION:
I use this theme with Go Launcher EX Ver.2.67 and this theme was not showing on my theme list,I cantuse is,but when I installed a later version from Go Launcher it works!
So when you have the same problems,deinstalled you version and install the older one.
