You taken on the role of Vince Craze. You wake up, battered, in a hospital where chaos reigns. Docs and patients are chasing you and security systems block your way. You will find upgrades and power-ups on your search for those who are responsible for that mess. You have to fight your way through a hospital in which you are hunted down by the staff and patients alike. Locate the lift on each floor to get to the next level. Your way will be blocked by locked doors that you can open with the appropriate keys or by hacking computer terminals. You will find 8 weapons and power-ups that you will have to use in order to survive. Furthermore, you'll find the bodies of dead test subjects, whose organs can be used to increase your skills.
